The contact person arrangement
If you represent a company certified after the Fast Track scheme, you can be assigned a contact person in SIRI
A company in need of guidance on the rules and regulations that SIRI administers can call SIRI’s call center.
The call center is the main access point for phone inquiries to SIRI. This applies to all companies.
A company certified after the Fast Track scheme can in addition be given a contact person in SIRI.
The contact person arrangement provides supplementary access to SIRI.
The contact person can answer questions about the rules and regulations concerning residence and work permits under the Fast-track Scheme. You can receive answers to questions about specific cases, as well as receive answers to general questions about professional issues concerning the scheme. You can also get a status update on specific pending applications.
Questions about residence based on other work schemes or based on EU regulations must also be directed to our call center. The contact person cannot help with such questions.
