What is a cookie?

Cookies are, broadly speaking, used by all websites. In some cases, cookies are the only way to make a website work the way it is intended to.

A cookie is a file that is placed on your computer or other electronic devices. A cookie gives a website the ability to identify your computer and gather information about which pages and functions are being visited by your browser. However, cookies are unable to tell who you are, what your name is, where you live or if one or multiple people are using the computer. Nor does it transfer viruses or malware to your device.

Newtodenmark.dk uses cookies. You will be notified about our storing of statistic cookies before they are stored. We are required to do so according to the current rules. Read more in the Executive Order on cookies (in Danish only)
