Fee – Pay the fee for appeals and re-opening of cases
It is necessary to complete three steps (in the following order) when submitting an appeal:
- Create case order ID
- Pay the fee (unless the applicant is exempt)
- State the case order ID on the appeal and attach documentation for payment.
Below you can create a case order ID and pay the fee (step 1). If you have already created a case order ID, please go directly to payment (step 2)
When submitting an application or appeal with a fee, you must first create a case order ID.
All fees are regulated every year on 1 January. Make sure to create your Case Order ID, pay the fee and submit your application in the same calendar year. If you pay the fee before 1 January and submit your application after 1 January, your application may be rejected.
