New application system - what does this mean for you as a professional user?
Over the next 3-4 months, newtodenmark.dk will move all applications to a new system. The new system looks different from the old one and has some new functionalities.
What is new?
In the new system, you will experience a new design, a new application flow and language improvements. Another change is that for the two-part applications, you only need to provide the applicant's email address to give them access to part 2. This means that you no longer need to send the reference number and password to the applicant yourselves.
You can log in and view your applications for up to 30 days after they have been sent.
You still have time to complete your current applications
Once we have moved a specific application, e.g. ST1, to the new system, you can still complete your ongoing applications on that scheme for up to 3-4 weeks in the old system. Follow the instructions on the application page on newtodenmark.dk.
