The Danish Immigration Service adjust the deadline for recording of biometric features to 8 weeks

From 9 November 2020 the Immigration Service will adjust the deadline for recording of biometric features (photo and fingerprints) so you must have biometric features recorded within 8 weeks from you submit an application to the Immigration Service.

Currently the deadline for recording of biometric features is postponed to 30 November 2020 for everyone, no matter when they submitted an application during the COVID-19 outbreak.

We encourage everyone, who has been given a deadline to 30 November 2020, to book an appointment for recording of biometric features as soon as possible and no later than the end of November. This way we can ensure that there is time slots for everyone – also those who the new 8 weeks deadline applies to.

You can book an appointment for recording of biometric features here
