The call center is the main access point for phone inquiries to SIRI. This applies to all companies.

A company certified after the Fast Track scheme can in addition be given a contact person in SIRI. This applies to both public and private companies.

The contact person arrangement provides supplementary access to SIRI.

The contact person can answer questions about the rules and regulations concerning residence and work permits under the Fast-track Scheme. You can receive answers to questions about specific cases, as well as receive answers to general questions about professional issues concerning the scheme. You can also get a status update on specific pending applications.

Questions about residence based on other work schemes or based on EU regulations must be directed to our call center. The contact person cannot help with such questions.

You can find information on SIRIs call center here.

A third party representative such as a relocation bureau or a solicitor although not certified by the Fast Track scheme, but being the permanent representative of one or more certified companies in connection with applications for residence can also be given a contact person.

The contact between your company and the contact person will take place by phone. The contact person’s phone hours will be Monday and Wednesday between noon and 2 p.m. and Friday between 10 a.m. and noon.

The purpose of the contact person arrangement is primarily to offer general guidance on work schemes to certified companies.

If you wish to know more about the contact person arrangement, you can call us at 72 14 20 01 or write to us using SIRI’s contact form.

You can access the contact form here.

If you call, you will receive guidance as a supplement to the guidance you find here on newtodenmark.dk.
