Fee for passports – Payment terms
Terms for payment of the fee for issuing a passport at the Immigration Service.
Right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal once the fee for issuing a passport has been paid to the Immigration Service.
Refund
The fee for issuing a passport may be refunded if:
- the applicant chooses to withdraw their application,
- the Immigration Service refuses to process the application, or
- the applicant receives a rejection of their passport application.
A partial refund may also be made if the applicant has overpaid the fee.
Refunds are made to the payment card used for the payment, unless special circumstances apply.
