The user satisfaction at SIRI’s branch offices remains high

In week 22 2024, SIRI carried out a user survey in our branch offices throughout the country. The satisfaction among the users who answered the survey is very high.

99 percent are satisfied

The users were asked questions about the service they received. Of the 1,744 people that were asked to participate, 585 chose to participate in the survey (a response rate of just under 34 percent), which was carried out in the branch offices in Valby, Aarhus, Odense, Aalborg, Esbjerg, Sønderborg and Rønne. 583 out of 585 people were either very satisfied or satisfied, while 1 was dissatisfied and 1 was very dissatisfied.
This corresponds to 99 percent of the participants being very satisfied or satisfied with the service. The survey thus indicates that satisfaction with the service in the branch offices is generally high.
SIRI's branch offices conducted a similar user survey in week 43 2023, where satisfaction among the participants was at the same high level. Here, 99 percent of the users also answered that they were very satisfied or satisfied with the service in the branch offices.

What do the branch offices do?

SIRI's branch offices process applications for EU residence for foreigners. The branch offices also record biometrics and carry out ID checks for a number of applicants from countries outside the EU.
As a citizen, you must make an appointment at a branch office centre when applying for EU residence or submitting an application for a residence and work permit under the Aliens Act. You must also book an appointment when you need to have your biometrics recorded or apply for a return travel permit.
It is not possible to book an appointment for personal guidance on the rules for residencies. If you need guidance, you are welcome to call us.
