The 6th of September 2023 a new Health Agreement in Greenland has taken effect.

The change will affect healthcare persons who have been offered employment in The Greenlandic Health Care System. The change means that the requirements for documentation has been easier to access.

If you apply for a residence and work permit according to the Health Agreement, then you don’t have to send us your documentation for education, authorizations or documentation for previous employment. 
The change of the requirements for documentation only applies for healtcare persons that are hired in The Greenlandic Health Care System, when the position is covered by the Greenlandic collective bargaining agreement. 

A healtcare person is a person who has an education within the healthcare field.
