The Danish Immigration Service's expected application processing times up to September 2022
The application processing time has been extended in most of the Immigration Service's case areas. The reason for the extended application processing times is due to the prioritization of the many applications submitted under the Special Act on residence permits for displaced persons from Ukraine. The revised application processing times are expected to apply to applications submitted until September 2022.
If you have submitted an application in one of the areas below and are still waiting for an answer, you will have to expect the new application processing times, even though you were informed otherwise when the application was submitted. You should be aware that in some areas the stated application processing time is an average, which is why some cases will be processed faster and others slower than the stated application processing time.
