The Positive List for People with a Higher Education and the Positive List for Skilled Work from 1 July 2021
SIRI hereby announces the new Positive Lists for, respectively, people with a higher education and skilled work, which will apply from 1 July 2021 to 31 December 2021.
If you apply for a residence and work permit under one of the Positive Lists after 31 December 2021, make sure that your job title is on one of the new Positive Lists.
The Agency for Labour Market and Recruitment (STAR) has made public a new Labour Market Balance. On the basis of this Labour Market Balance, SIRI has developed new Positive Lists for people with a higher education and for skilled work which is announced on 1 July 2021.
The Positive List for People with a Higher Education contains 41 job titles in total, and the Positive List for Skilled Work contains 47 job titles, which are valid for the second half of 2021.
