New information page – read about how we process personal data

The Danish Immigration Service and the Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration (SIRI) process personal data in the exercise of our official authority. We have created a new information page, where you can read about how we process your data and what your rights are.

On the page you can find information about where the data we may have on you come from, when we may use the data and who we may share the data with.

You can also find information about your rights in relation to your data. These rights follow from EU’s new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which took effect on 25 May 2018.

Included in these rights are, among others, your right to know that we process data about you, your right to know which data we are processing and your right to object.
