The Immigration Service's Citizen Service is still closed for visitors

The Danish Government is working on a gradual and controlled reopening of Denmark in connection with the outbreak of COVID-19 (coronavirus). The Danish Immigration Service therefore continues to keep its Citizen Service closed temporarily.

It is currently not possible to set a precise date for when it will be possible to appear in person again at the Immigration Service's Citizen Service. We recommend you stay informed here at newtodenmark.dk where information about a full or gradual reopening will be announced.

You can still contact the Immigration Service by phone within normal phone hours. See our opening hours and phone number

You can read more about how the coronavirus affects the Immigration Service’ users at our COVID-19 information page
