New figures confirm lack of places of apprenticeships for certain interns in the green sector

There is still a general lack of places of apprenticeships in the horticultural and forestry fields according to new figures from the Ministry of Children and Education.

Last year’s trend continues for the horticultural and forestry fields. The Ministry of Children and Education’s new statistics show that there is still a general lack of places of apprenticeships in 2024.

For you as an intern this means that if you are offered an internship within either horticulture or forestry, your place of internship must attach an additional declaration to your application for a residence and work permit.
