Apply for a residence permit as a family member of a person evacuated from Afghanistan after assisting Danish authorities
You may apply for a residence permit as a family member of a person who has assisted the Danish authorities in Afghanistan and has therefore obtained a residence permit based on the Act concerning temporary residence permit for persons who have assisted Danish authorities, etc. in Afghanistan (the Special Law).

You may use an application form in order to apply for a residence permit under the Special Law. The application form includes detailed instructions for how to fill it in.
