Power of attorney in press enquiries

SIRI is bound to confidentiality by law and cannot disclose sensitive personal and confidential information regarding our cases.

As a journalist or a media outlet you must have a written power of attorney in order to get access to a foreign national's case at SIRI and receive sensitive personal and confidential information about the foreign national's case.

SIRI has made a standard form for a power of attorney that the press can use.
