Invitation to SIRI’s webinar on the exemption rule for affiliated companies

The Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration (SIRI) is hereby inviting you to a webinar with a specific focus on the new exemption from the requirement of a work permit for employees within affiliated companies. The webinar will be conducted in English.

SIRI regularly hosts webinars concerning both the area of international recruitment and EU regulations. The purpose of these webinars is to inform SIRI’s users on rules and application procedures.

On 18 January 2024, we will host a webinar concerning the new exemption from the requirement of a work permit for employees within affiliated companies. Among other things, the purpose of this new rule is to support the affiliated companies’ need for flexible access to work across the group, as well as to provide the opportunity for foreigners to work in Denmark for 2 working periods, consisting of a maximum of 15 working days each, within 180 days.

This new rule came into effect on 17 November 2023.

This webinar is specifically aimed at companies and relocation agencies that wish to know more about the new exemption rule on the area of work, including how the rule can be used in practice.

The webinar is conducted in English and has previously been conducted in Danish when it was held in November 2023.

The webinar is held Thursday 18 January 2024 from 10.30 a.m. to 12.00 p.m.

The seminar is a collaboration between SIRI, the Immigration Service and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
