The deadline for UK citizens to apply for residence based on the Withdrawal Agreement between the EU and the United Kingdom expired on 31 December 2023. You are still able to submit an application even though the deadline has passed, if you have reasonable reasons for submitting the application late. You may also submit an application, if you are a close family member to a UK citizen having residence based on the Withdrawal Agreement or if you already have residence based on the Withdrawal Agreement and wish to apply for permanent residence.
