Book an appointment to the Immigration Service' Citizen Service via phone
You must book an appointment, if you have submitted an application to the Immigration Service and have not yet had your biometric features (fingerprints and facial image) recorded, or if you wish to submit an application for for a re-entry permit. On this site, you can read more about how you book an appointment and what to be aware of when you appear in person at the Citizen Service in Næstved.

How to book an appointment
When you wish to book an appointment, you must contact us by phone at 35 30 84 65. This phone number can only be used to book appointments at the Danish Immigration Service. You cannot use the number when you wish to talk to the Danish Immigration Service in another context.
The phone hours to the Danish Immigration Service' Citizen Service are:
Monday: 9 am – 3 pm
Tuesday: 9 am – 3 pm
Wednesday: 9 am – 3 pm
Thursday: 12 pm – 5 pm
Friday: 9 am – 12 pm
When you call us, please have your case order ID (SB-ID) ready, if you are booking an appoint for recording of biometric features. You received your SB-ID in connection with filling and submitting your application.
If you are applying for a re-entry permit you must start by filling out an application for re-entry. You can find the application form here
How to visit us
You must appear in person at the appointed time at the Immigration Service’ Citizen Service.
You must bring the following:
- ID – your passport or residence card
- Receipt of your application with information about your SB-ID, if you have booked an appointment for recording of biometric features
- The completed application for a re-entry, if you have booked an appointment for submission of an application for re-entry permit
To minimize the infection risk, please consider the following when visiting the Citizen Service:
- Come alone, if possible (only bring your family if they also have an appointment)
- Do not arrive earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment
- Stay home if you have symptoms of coronavirus (dry cough, fever, difficulty breathing)
If you use public transportation, when you have to appear in the Citizen Service, you must be aware that a seat reservation is required in all Regional- and InterCity trains. There is not a requirement for seat reservations in train busses. Read more at DSB’s webpage (in Danish only)
If you arrive by car in Næstved: The municipality of Næstved has two parkering houses both located close to the Citizen Service. Se the location for Parkering House at Rampen and Parkering House at Grønvej
You cannot enter the Citizen Service, if you have not booked an appointment in advance.
