Digital application form OD1 for application for EU residence is launched on 28 June 2021

On 28 June 2021 SIRI launches a digital version of the application form OD1, which applicants for EU residence can use to apply for an EU residence document.

The online form is not obligatory, meaning you are free to use either the online form or the print version.

The online form can be used both with and without NemID (Danish digital identification).

If you use the online form and have family, an online form must be completed for each applicant. This means that both you and each of your accompanying family members must complete an online application form.
